Yvonne Pazos

Yvonne PAZOS studied in Spain, graduating with a master of law from the University of Girona, followed by a postgraduate from the Law Faculty of the Barcelona Barr Association. She also attended a course on trademark, patent and design law at the same Law Faculty in Barcelona.

Yvonne PAZOS started her carreer in IP law as a paralegal in an important Spanish firm. Working closely with the patent and trademark attorneys, she aquired excellent knowledge and global vision of intelectual property law and in particular of every aspects of international trademarks.

Yvonne PAZOS has been a member of the Kirker & Cie SA team since 2019. She is a paralegal for the trademarks department and together with in-house attorney and jurist and foreign correspondents, she handles trademark procedures: filings, registrations, refusals, oppositions and renewals.
